Schedule and publish Stories for Instagram and Facebook
Stories scheduling for Instagram and Facebook is available on Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
Stories can only be scheduled via the web app.levuro.com (not available on the Levuro mobile app).
Stories are published with mobile notification.
In the Levuro web app, click on the button Add new in the middle column, top right corner, and select Story.
Select the profiles you would like to publish to. You can select only one profile at a time, either Instagram or Facebook. Click Next.
Add your media (up to 10) and write your text. This text will be copied to your clipboard, so you can paste it when you add stickers or text to your stories with the Instagram tools.
You can reorder your media by drag and drop. To remove a media, click on the x in the top left corner of your media. You can also edit your media (trim/crop/add overlay) by clicking on the three dots on the top right.
You can preview your stories by clicking on the tab Story preview.
Schedule your story by selecting a date and time.
Select send notifications for the publishing method. If you don't have mobile notification enable you will need to install the Levuro mobile app, you can learn more in this article.. You will receive a notification on your phone once it's time to publish.
Once your post is schedule, and you received the notification on your phone, click on it. You will be directed to a page with the button Open the Instagram/Facebook app. It will open the Instagram (or Facebook) app. All the media will be copied to your phone gallery.
Once on Instagram (or Facebook), you will see your media that you can edit. You can also paste the text that you wrote in Levuro.
If you have multiple images: close the Instagram (or Facebook ) app. And reopen it. Tap the plus icon in the top right, and select Story. You can select all your media for your story and paste the text you wrote.
