How to add a new Team Member on Engage

To add a new team member to your Collaborative Content Creation Workflow on Levuro Engage, you just need to follow some simple steps.

Those are the steps you should do FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE:

Open the mobile app
Click on the Inbox button on the bottom right
Then, click on the Settings button, the gear one top right
Now, you have access to your Settings Section
Hit the Team Management List and you'll have access to the full list of connected members, as well as the Invite New Member section below
Press on the Invite New Member button bottom right
At this point, it opens you a section where you can add the new Member's Email and Name, as well as setting their Permissions Role (Admin, Approval, Analytics, Editor, Partner/Influencer)
After filling that form and choosing the permissions level, you can just hit the Invite New Member button below, so that they receive an email invitation to your campaign or storyline



And those are the simple steps you should do FROM YOUR DESKTOP:

Go to your https://engage.levuro.com/ account
Click on Settings on the left dashboard
Press in the Team Management section on the right
Now, you have access to your Connected Members List, and - in order to add a new one - you have to press the Invite New Member button on the top right
At this point, it opens you a section where you can add the new Member's Email and Name, as well as setting their Permissions Role (Admin, Approval, Analytics, Editor, Partner/Influencer)
After filling that form and choosing the permissions level, you can just hit the Invite New Member button below, so that they receive an email invitation to your campaign or storyline



Now, you just have to wait for your new member's approval, who will have received an email with your invitation. After that, your his/her account will be connected to your campaign on Levuro Engage, and you can make him/her collaborate to its development!
