To reconnect a LinkedIn Company Page, your LinkedIn Private Account requires having super admin access to the company page you want to reconnect.

Follow these steps to find out if your private account has super admin access for your company page:
Log in to your LinkedIn Company Page
Click Admin Tools
Click Manage Admins
